Option #1 - Packet Pickup: Mail in registration – pick up your packet
Fill out registration form completely, sign, enclose payment and mail in. Your packet will be available for pickup between November 1 – 6 at: Runners Den, 6505 N 16th St, Phoenix. Hours for packet pick up are Monday – Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, Saturday 10 am to 4:30 pm.
All packets not picked up in advance will be available on Race Day after 6:00 am at the Packet Pickup table in the registration area.
Option #2 - Packet Mail Back: Mail in registration - race packet mailed back
Mail in registration with $6.00 postage and handling fee and we will mail your race packet to you. Registrations submitted together that are to be mailed to the same address may take a $3.00 discount on the postage.
Packets will be mailed starting the week of October 11.
Debit and credit transactions accepted with a small service charge added. Click on the active.com logo above or to the left. From the active.com information page click on REGISTER NOW, select the event you are registering for and then the category that applies to you, mark your acceptance of the waiver and verify your age. Fill out the form, provide payment information and you will receive a confirmation of the transaction from Active.com. The Phoenix 10K will download your information and process your registration. The Phoenix 10K does not send confirmation of registrations.
Option #1 - Packet Pickup: Race packets for pickup will be available at Runners Den, 6505 N 16th St, Phoenix. Pickup starts November 1 for all registrations submitted prior to that and continues through Saturday, November 6. For registrations submitted online after October 30 there will be a message in the Packet Pickup section on the active.com race information page stating the day when your packet will be at Runners Den. This information will be included in the confirmation message sent by active at the conclusion of the registration process. Hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday and 10 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday. All packets not picked up will be available the morning of the race in the registration area.
Option #2 - Packet Mail Back: You can choose to have your packet mailed back to you if you register by October 26. Be sure to check the box requesting packet mail back. To have multiple packets mailed back to the same address you must submit registrations at the same time.
Requests are processed weekly and packets are mailed the following week. Final mailing will be by October 29.
In Person: Instant registration start date has not been determined.
Go to one of the stores listed below, complete a registration form, pay with cash or check and receive your race packet immediately. Early registration fee of $20 prior to Nov. 1. Late registration fee of $25 starts on Monday, Nov. 1. Registration will stop on Friday, Nov. 5 at 3pm at all locations except Runner's Den.

Race Day: Sunday November 7, 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM
$30 race day registration fee. Registration, pre-registered number pickup and timing
chip pickup will be in the North parking lot of Wesley Bolin ParK.
Early arrival is suggested.
Timing Chips:
Timing will be done by CEP Timing using a MYLAPS BibTag system.
Each run bib will have a timing sticker affixed to it. There is nothing the participant needs to do other than wear the bib that was assigned to them. The bib should be worn on the front. For accurate result classification each participant should be sure to provide correct gender and age.
Special Notes:
Registration fees are non refundable. Race will be held rain or shine, however the Race Director reserves the right to postpone or cancel the race due to extreme weather or any other circumstance beyond our contol. In all cases no money will be refunded.
For the safety and enjoyment of all race participants, the course is restricted to runners, joggers, walkers and self propelled wheelchairs. Strollers and baby joggers allowed only in the Stroller Stroll. Pets, skateboards, any shoes with wheels, bicycles and motorized vehicles are strictly prohibited.
Results will be posted late Sunday online at www.ceptiming.com
