The Course of Course (map)

The 33^rd Annual Phoenix 10K & 5K courses are USAT&F certified and very spectator friendly. Both the 5K and 10K courses are deemed flat and fast with a unique 2 lap course in the 10K and entertainment every half mile. Others advertise “Flat and Fast” …. Our courses REALLY ARE with a minimum of turns and 2 long straight-aways.

Start/Finish Lines

The start of both the 10k & 5k is on 16^th Avenue and Adams. The finish of both events is on 16^th Avenue in front of the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial at Wesley Bolin Plaza.

Race Day Parking

If you arrive before 7:30 am you may park in the lot on 18^th Avenue just West of the State Capitol. After that time Jefferson street and Washington streets will closed for the start of the 5K.. There is plenty of parking in adjacent lots (see course map)

Bike to the Race

Staffed by

Save some gas. Phoenix 10k will make available a bike corral for those participants who bike to the race. Participants should have their own lock. The corral will be located near the registration area.

Clothing Check

Staffed by Arizona Senior Olympics who will provide bags for your warm-ups. All clothes will be laundered and folded….NOT …The clothing check site will be located near the registration area.

Give It Up

Dig out those almost new t-shirts that you never wear or those shoes that you bought on sale but don’t fit.. Salvation Army can use those new or gently used shirts or shoes. We will have boxes at the registration site for you to deposit these items. If your one of the first 100 folks that bring a pile in, we will give you a certificate for a free dinner at Sweet Tomatoes.
