Obesity is not simply a cosmetic or aesthetic condition, but a disease that threatens the future of our children. Obesity is as virulent a childhood disease as measles, mumps, and chickenpox. It is as potent as anthrax, as epidemic as influenza , as crippling as polio and as contagious as hepatitis. Our quintessential goal is to facilitate the implementation of a well delineated exercise and dietary plan for children to follow throughout their lifetime. It is intended to improve fitness levels and eliminate the obesity epidemic in children which jeopardizes their future health.
